created so we could give you questions and answers to some common
queries about our services.
How often do I need a Dog Walker?
As often as you want us! Usually customers request 1 to 5 days a
week for dog walking.
Do you walk dogs on evenings or
weekends?
Yes. There is an additional $10 fee for evenings and $15 for
weekends.
What happens when it rains?
We work in all weather. Your dogs will still need to go out even
though it is raining. They will be able to go out and relieve
themselves. We will bring towels to dry them off before letting them
back in.
What about Holidays?
We do work on Holidays! Consult our
Services
and Rates page for details about our holiday rates.
Should I provide you with a key?
Yes. We generally get a key during the free initial consultation
if you choose to use our services. If we need to come back and
pick-up a key in person, there is a $10 charge.
Are you Bonded & Insured?
Yes, we are both Bonded and Insured. Copies of each will be
provided to you at your initial interview.
What if I want to skip a service
day?
You will not be charged if you call the company office to cancel
at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
How do I pay you?
DOG WALKING: We will send you an invoice via email (or leave it
at your house) at the end of each week. You can either mail a check
or leave a check/cash at your home during one of our services and we
will pick it up.
PET SITTING: First-time clients are billed in advanced. 50% up front
and 50% upon return.
Are there any contracts to sign?
Yes -- But, you can start and stop your service at any time.
There is no minimum service period and you may cancel at any time
(provided you give 24 hours notice before a scheduled service).
Do you accept credit cards?
No, we accept checks and cash.
Do you offer a customer referral
program?
YOU BET WE DO!! When you refer a new customer to us you will get
ONE REGULAR SERVICE DAY FREE.
What if my dog is aggressive?
We have the right to refuse service if we feel your dog is a
threat to us or our workers. It is the dog owner's responsibility to
disclose any relevant information pertaining to the dogs
temperament. The dog owner is responsible for all medical expenses
if we are attacked or bitten by their dog.
