Policies

 


Initial
Consultation

For all potential clients, we require a FREE consultation to take place before we schedule a service. The meeting introduces us to you and your pet(s) and helps us gather information about each of your pet's daily routines and special needs. We will ask you to complete our Client Information Form and sign a Service Agreement prior to our first scheduled service.

Please let us know of any pertinent changes to your contact information or home access instructions so that your file can be updated. It's very important for us to know changes affecting your pet (for instance, diet, medical needs, allergies, general health) that may have occurred between services.

There is no fee for this consultation

 


Hours of
Operation

Our DOG WALKING SERVICES are available Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm. We are also available to work evenings, weekends and holidays for an additional fee.

DOG WASHING Services are available Tuesday-Friday. 8:00am-5:00pm.

PET SITTING hours of operation vary depending on the specific needs of your pet(s).

PET TAXI is available Tuesday - Friday, 7:30am - 5:00pm. We also work evenings, weekends and holidays for an additional fee.

We will always try to accommodate the specific needs
and schedules of our clients.

Service Areas

Our current service areas include: Ballard, Fremont, Greenwood, Phinney Ridge, Greenlake, Magnolia, Sunset Hill, North Beach,
Blue Ridge and Downtown.

DON'T SEE YOUR AREA LISTED? We are usually able to accommodate clients outside of these areas. Give us a call and if we can't help you, we will find you someone who can.

 


Keys

We pick up your house keys during our initial client consultation. If you would like us to come back for your key, there is a $10 charge for each pickup and/or key return. For emergency and security reasons, we prefer not to leave keys inside your home during our last visit. Trips can get delayed and pets may need additional visits. Keys will only be released to clients or their designated representatives.

 


Cancellation
Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled service, you will not be charged if you call the company office at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

Payment

Payment is expected within 10 days of the invoice date.  Invoices may be sent by email and/or delivered during scheduled visits.

Some services may require advance payment.

There is a $35 charge for returned checks.
